As a pioneer in the precious metals sector, BGS Refining is aware of the special role we must play in the creation, implementation, and ongoing development of systems intended to identify and stop business practises that support the funding of armed groups, the violation of human rights, money laundering, terrorism financing, and other illegal activities. In order to ensure that the suppliers of all precious metals are aware of our Precious Metals Procurement Policy and that the materials they send to BGS Refining do not support such unlawful operations, BGS Refining works with them to ensure compliance. According to our Precious Metals Procurement Procedures, BGS Refining has assigned organisational roles and set procedures for due diligence, transaction monitoring, training, records, and reporting.
